Our Curated Marketplace

Aim Bridal is a marketplace, curated with the priorities of pre-loved, alternative, and affordability. The process is that Aim Bridal sellers fill out the Aim Bridal form if they wish to upload their items. These forms are then reviewed internally, and either accepted or denied within an estimated 24 hours. These forms are accepted or denied due to if these pre-loved items are true to our standards and align with our Aim Bridal vision, are good-high quality and reasonably priced.

 

Authenticity and Quality

The Aim Bridal seller form allows us to keep a closer eye on the quality of items and their authenticity. The quality conditions of the items must be good-high quality. If reasonably lower, these products will be denied upload.

 

Products

As this business is a marketplace, the products will change frequently. Additional note: Products can be deleted by the seller anytime before sold.

 

Products Pricing 

Whilst the survey accepts or denies the initial given price when sellers upload their item, they can minimise the price after upload, if the product has not sold yet. 

 

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers should inform buyers (through the uploaded listed description and photographs) of any visible marks, faults, or anything that would downgrade this products’ quality. Sellers should maintain truthful inquiries and products. 

 

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should communicate correct information in regards to products, return, inquiries and communications.

 

Aim Bridal Customers

All Aim Bridal customers should approve of the Terms and Conditions to navigate the Aim Bridal site with an account. Customers should use the Aim Bridal platform respectfully and with credibility. 

 

Liability

Aim Bridal does not take responsibility for third party late returns and deliveries. However, we want to give our Aim Brides the best experience possible, so please contact us, and we may be able to help or give you some additional information.

 

Deliveries

The buyer pays for the delivery. These prices are transparent to the buyer before paying, these prices vary on the size and weight of the product. Sellers have 7 working days to send their item to the buyer. After this period has passed, the buyer will receive a refund. At the current time we only ship to the UK, therefore, deliveries to outside of the UK will be denied and a refund will be issued if the buyer does manage to advance in the payment process. Delivery companies, drop-off and pick-ups, can all be preferred when you upload an item, and just before you purchase. Delivery time may slightly alter depending on locations.

 

Private Policy

Please find our private policy here. This helps us to improve our business and create a better experience for our community. Third parties will not be able to access this data/ information.

 

Payment Transactions

Confirmed payments are dependent on successful bank details. Aim Bridal wants to keep this process easy and secure as possible. For security, you may be asked to complete SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), in accordance with your bank. 

 

Reviews and Feedback

When you receive your item, you can leave feedback on the seller, please make sure that these reviews are honest.
