Introduction
The seller selects their preferred way of postage, from the buyers delivery options. Once the product has been purchased, the buyer will get sent, and notified, of a pre-paid digital QR code label. This will be sent alongside instructions for clarity.

What to do to send the item?
Pack your item accordingly, we promote waterproof sealed parcel bags to ensure that the products do not get lost or damaged during the delivery process. You have up to 7 days to send the purchased product.
How can you choose your preferred delivery options?
Sellers: When uploading the item sellers can tick the delivery methods that suit them the best.
Buyers: After the sellers selections, buyers can now choose out of the delivery options available.
What happens if my item does not arrive?
If your product does not arrive within 14 working days of purchase, the Aim Bridal team will be in touch to issue a refund to both the seller and buyer, if the product has been lost in transit. If you do not receive your parcel due to the seller not shipping it you will automatically be given a refund if the seller exceeds the 7 day shipment.
Please note: sellers and buyers don’t have to send it to their own address, and can instead ship their products to a drop-off point, if this is preferred.
