How do I return my Item
Once our bridalwear has been delivered, the buyer has the option to accept or return the bridalwear. You have up to 5 days after the delivery of your item to accept or deny your purchase. Denial results in returns and reimbursements, if aligned with the Aim Bridal return policy or agreed by the seller.

Does it cost to return?
No, returns are free.
What can the refund include?
Refunds can include:

The expense of the garment purchased

The buyer protection fee reimbursed
Note: Refunds are reimbursed to the original payment method
How long do I have to return my item?
After creating a return, returns are only valid if they’re posted within 10 days.
When do I receive my refund for my return?
After returning, items should be reimbursed within 10 working days. Items must be returned unwashed, tags and packaging (if applicable), and in a good condition.
What if the seller has not responded/ accepted my refund request?
If you have applied for a refund, and the seller has not replied within 72 hours, please contact hello@aimbridal.com. For the Aim Bridal team to help this refund process, make sure this request includes a photograph of your item and the reason why you would like a refund.
What does cover a refund?

Parcel not reflecting on the seller’s description/ images, ultimately, significantly not as described.

What does not cover a refund?

Buyers changing their mind

The buyer thinks the product does not suit or fit them
However, if this is explained to the seller, the seller may be open to accepting a refund.
When do sellers receive their product back?
After the buyer has returned the item successfully, the seller should receive their product within 7 working days of return. Quick returns depends on postal preference selected.
